Audio Alibis

Much time is needed in this podcast episode to clear the names of several members of Total Life Freedom Philly. Before I share the final installment of 'Who Paid for Lunch Clue', I must share a few things that happened in my cleaning business since my last update. It will be short. Trust me! First of all, I was asked to lead an education piece for my local MCBA networking group. I taught on the "They Ask You Answer" process. I have LOVED this book and implemented it into both of my websites for Carfagno Cleaning and Smart Cleaning School. The group enjoyed the discussion as it gave them much to think about. I had a one-time cleaning job booked at a historic barn & wedding venue. When we got there, the plumber was replacing some parts and had the water turned off to the entire barn. The plumber was willing to give us an hour to "do our thing" with water, but I had to decline as we needed at least 5 hours of water. Ultimately, I rescheduled the job and wasted 2+ hours of my day and potentially $750 of other work I could have scheduled. Here's what I found out. The plumber was due to work on Monday at the barn, but got held up at had to postpone to Tuesday. I was scheduled for all day Tuesday. The plumber lets the barn know late on Monday that he can't make it and he'll come over in the morning. This is find in his isolated world, but in the greater picture, Tuesday was already booked. This plumber should have called the barn and worked out a suitable reschedule date like I did. He didn't and unfortunately, it only cost me not him. If this makes you angry, don't let it. It's my fault. I should have called to confirm the barn Monday night or Tuesday morning to make sure I'd have water. Things happen. I just wish that this plumber was more professional. ​

Okay, the time is here. I love my mastermind community, Total Life Freedom. There are 100 members all over the US and some out of country. Last fall as the restaurants were beginning to open, TLF Philly decided to get together for the first lunch. At the end of lunch, our beloved pastor paid for the table. It was an act of generosity that I so appreciated. I have struggled with accepting gifts, so I declared that I'd pay for the next TLF Philly lunch and made a podcast episode about it called,"Allow a Giver to Give." I had no intention of this free lunch to turn into anything. But that all changed when we met for the second lunch (Don't Fight Google or Facebook, Fight for Lunch). A few of us had the idea to try to pay, but a "Benevolent Benefactor" beat us to it. In my haste, I filed the case with Carfagno & Carfagno, a private investigatory firm in the Philly Area, one of the nation's finest. Our goal at Carfagno & Carfagno was to crack the case of 'Who Paid for Lunch Clue' on January 13th, 2021.

In Benevolent Benefactor, I laid out the following Clue board of players and my investigatory notes. I'll recap quickly.

• The Pastor aka John Stange - He paid for the first lunch. He is the leading suspect from multiple players on the board. He denies emphatically! There was even a hypothesis that his wife was the silent partner and called in the payment ahead of time. I confronted John in a text and he denied this false claim.
• Innocent Emily aka Emily Brunner the photographer - She booked the restaurant and had the easiest opportunity to pay ahead and blame it on the hat! None of us suspected her royal innocence until I cross-examined her on Facebook Messenger. Here is her reply. You be the judge. "It truly wasn’t me! I still think it was John Schuchman. I saw him take out his credit card before he left the table on the way to the restroom.
• The Loud Guy aka John Schuchman the realtor - He was wearing his Christian Illuminati hat and left the table conveniently after I asked the waitress to pay to "use the restroom". We chatted back and forth several times and have gotten no where. He was not going to the restroom, but as Emily keenly observed... "I saw him take out his credit card".
• The Newbie aka Desha Utsick the life coach & photographer - Emily asserts it could have been Desha and then recanted her story! She was the the wildcard in this game of Who Paid for Lunch Clue as she was the Newbie.
• The Cleaner aka Ken Carfagno - I have clearly stated my intention to pay and hence force inability due to this mysterious Benevolent Benefactor.
• The Absentee aka Brad Imming the digital marketer - He wasn't even there and blamed John, claiming the pastor needed to go to confessional!
• The Connector aka Vincent Pugliese of Total Life Freedom -  Vincent was in Florida enjoying freedom with his family. He only said. "I wish it was me."
• The Silent Partner aka Andrea Stange wife of John - Andrea laughed at the notion of her calling ahead of her husband's dinner with friends to pay for them. Was the laugh a tell? I don't think so. I believe her.
• The Waitress & and The Hat - It was a Christian Illuminati secret society hat worn by the Loud Guy. Actually, it was a men's group that John belonged to at church. Could another member have been there, seen John, and fronted the bill?

I recorded the Benevolent Benefactor on March 24th, 2021. This happened to the be the same day as the 3rd TLF Philly lunch. Unfortunately, I had to skip lunch to do my podcast. At this point, I was presenting my findings from the second lunch when something incredible happened. While I was recording, the 3rd lunch was paid for and supposedly NOT by any of the 3 members present (The Pastor, The Loud Guy, and Innocent Emily). I was about to move the case file off my desk into the Cold Case file as the first failure of my firm in four centuries.

[Let me pause. If you're new to this podcast, these stories are real and the events did happen. I am just taking creative license to embellish certain attributes of the story to make it more fun.]

I immediately re-opened the case after the 3rd lunch scandal and deposed each of the suspects, requesting audio alibis from each. First, I must read the full transcript of the events as they occurred on March 24th. Then, I will play each Audio Alibi.

What do you think? Our firm's best answer is that Loud Mouth John's Christian Illuminati hat group had operatives in the Italian restaurant and paid for lunch Mafia style. The good news is that no one was whacked in the process. There is one other theory that Carfagno & Carfagno is working on too. John Stange is the one who paid for the first lunch. He is the common denominator in all 3 lunches. He has a book launching on May 25th, 2021 called "Dwell on These Things". Well, I'm dwelling John. Is John Stange aka "The Pastor" actually Kaiser Sose? He did walk into the restaurant like a cripple and walk out perfectly normal.
