Let me give you some background first. I ran a solo cleaning company in Update New York from 2005 - 2018. During that time, I used my engineering background to "engineer" and optimize my cleaning business for maximum profit on minimal time. Before I sold my company, I was working 2 days per week with 5 days at home with my family, while still earning over $50,000 per year in profits. I developed a system to teach startup & solo cleaning service owners called the ISO Model (Initialize, Stabilize, and Optimize). One of the tools I created is the ISO Model Scorecard. I used that tool with Heather in this workshop to map out her business on a metrics dashboard. This tool has been instrumental in my cleaning business (old NY and new one in PA) and for many other cleaning company owners.
