How to Partner with Home Stagers

Home Stagers are one of the hidden gems in the cleaning industry. I've worked with realtors and stagers for 16 years and share my experience in the attached video. If you don't want to watch the video, I'll give you the short version.

Realtors need to sell homes. Cleaning is a vital part of that process. Therefore, you can position yourself as a business partner to real estate agents. Some realtors need home stagers to sell homes as well. Typically, these are higher-end homes with bigger price tags. The stager is an artist. They are masters of decluttering, creating space, and converting the property for sale into a "model home". They understand the emotional pulses of the buyers and push every single button they know to maximize the emotional potential. In other words, they use art to create a positive emotion in buyers to sell homes for MORE money! Isn't that incredible?!

What if you could learn from a home stager as their apprentice? You could then partner with the realtor and the stager to clean artistically, thus selling the house for more money. This is good for the realtor, good for the stager, and good for you. Over time, you won't even need the stager. You can become a staging cleaner, which is what I call Presentation Cleaning. I partnered with my first home stager in 2008 and it completely turned my cleaning business around.
