Build It Before You Need It

You've probably heard the phrase, 'build it before you need it, so when you need it... it's there'. This year was a perfect example of this phrase working in my own life. I needed time off to focus on my extended family, illness, family, holidays, time to grieve, and time to rest. I was able to do this in November and December without worrying about the status of my business. I had already put the work in all year to build my company to a decent income to pay all of our bills. All I had to do was show up for work every Saturday to clean offices and every other Thursday and Friday to clean houses. I am so grateful to my family for allowing me the space and runway to go after my goals in 2020. I hustled and hit every goal by mid-October! This was huge. 

You see, I had no idea I was going to need the time and space to do what I needed to do in November and December. That's an example of building it before you need it. I urge you to stop messing around. Go get your goals and set yourself up for peace of mind when you really need it.
