Download the scorecard and prepare by answering these questions:
- Family Budget - Current family budget (total family/home expenses)
- Cancellation Rate - Cancellation rate of your clients (# times the typical biweekly client cancels in a year out of 26 potential cleanings).
- Client Details - Name, frequency of clean, price per visit, how long the house takes to clean, how long you've had the client, date and amount of last price increase
- Current Waiting List (client wants to hire you and is waiting on you to fit them in) - Client name, the proposed frequency of clean, the proposed price per visit, estimated time to clean per visit, date added to the waiting list
- Trust Factor - Survey all of your clients with this question - "On a scale from 1 - 10, how likely are you to refer me to your friends and family for cleaning?". Record their answer for each client.
