The SMART Goals Workshop with Ken was very helpful! One of the biggest benefits is being able to speak your thoughts out loud and hear feedback. I've always wanted to set my life goals but never found the motivation nor the time to write them. I attended Ken's Smart Goals Workshop and was blown away with my goals  for 2021 and especially the "whys".  Ken has a special ability to make one dig deeper, expand on their goals, and then break them down, piece by piece.  Setting smaller goals with timeline deadlines, will make attaining my goals easier and more realistic.
